Fedex Label Created Issue: We have received many complaints from customers that their order Fedex order is stuck in "Label Created" status. These orders were lost by our transportation partner after the label was created, and before Fedex could scan them. We are re-creating and re-shipping these orders out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

UPS & USPS Recycling: Carriers will recycle tracking #'s during high volume shipping times, such as Christmas season. When an order is labeled with a recycled tracking number, it will still show the tracking information for the previous package, which could be from months ago. Once UPS/USPS scans in your order, you'll see the tracking number update (usually within 3-4 days, but this is dependent upon them).
